This is a special thank you for literally saving my life.  My weight had ballooned to almost 300lbs as I was nearing retirement.  I knew if I didn’t get the weight off, the likelihood of succeeding after retirement was slim.  At this critical point in my life and after having tried every diet imaginable, with ups and downs, a friend told me about his Personal Trainer.  I never thought of myself using a Personal Trainer.  However, after meeting with you, I decided to give it a try.  I am so thankful I did. You were just what I needed.  You gave me the structure and discipline I was lacking in order to motivate me toward my weight loss goal.  You provided me with a balanced diet and encouraged me to enjoy exercise and a regular workout program.  In so doing, I am leaving behind a weight loss of 70 lbs.

You have accomplished the impossible: I was beginning to think I could not lose weight because of my age!  I honestly did not know how to do it!  I even tried Jenny Craig once, which was a total waste of time and especially a waste of money!

Dear Steve,
